what documents are required to renew 2 years multiple entry f visa?

Dear Im holding lebanese passport , and i have residence card in belgium , my visa is expired , and i need to renew .i use to have F visa 2 years multi entry and it expired in 11 february 2012 .please advice what document i need to renew so i can arrange it s soon as possible .thanks

The F visa can't be renewed once it expired, you have to apply for a new F visa. Just prepare the same documents for the last application, you should know the requirements for your last 2 years multiple entry F visa.
