Changing Visa from L to Z

My girlfriend is with me in China and is a performer. She holds a category L, entries 2, duration 60 visa. She has been offered a job and needs to change her visa type.

Can she change Visa to Z in China?
Is there a minimum income is must make?
Could she get a category Z but with entries M?
