FOR RENEWAL OF PASSPORT SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:>

1. Duly accomplished Passport Application Form (available at the Philippine Consulate General or may be downloaded at www.philcongenshanghai.org).
The form must be printed on legal size paper (8.5in x 14in). Application forms must be clearly and legibly filled out;

2. Original Passport and clear photocopy of the following pages:

a. data page – the pages showing the photograph and birth details
b. visa page - page containing the valid Chinese visa
c. Green Passport – last page showing the signature of the Passport Signing Officer
d. Machine Readable (Maroon Passport) – last page showing the Important Reminders

Important Notice: Please present the original documents for verification. The Consulate General reserves the right to require additional documents deemed necessary to help establish the identity of the applicant such as Company ID, Driver’s License, PRC License, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, etc.

The processing and printing of the e-passports are done in Manila and takes around 8 weeks before the release.
