If you come to China and just travel within China mainland, a single entry visa is sufficient,
but if you go to HK or Macau then return to mainland, you need to get a double-entry visa.

I think it is hard for you to get a China tourist visa with 60 days stay duration after entry in Surabaya, Indonesia, it is greatly possible for you to get a single entry L visa with 30 days stay duration because you are a Dutch in Bali for holidays. If you want to stay for more than 30 days, you can apply for visa extension one week before the expiration of the stay duration of China visa.
