There is Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) in Vancouver, if you live in British Colombia, the Yukon Territory, you have to submit the application to the center in Vancouver.

The total fee=visa fee + service fee of CVASC= CA$ 50 for single entry visa + CA$ 30 for regular service = CA$ 80.
