If you work in Madinah, Makkah, Taif or Jeddah, please apply for Hong Kong visit visa at China consulate in Jeddah, if you work in other places in Saudi Arabia, please apply for Hong Kong visit visa through the below two offices:

It costs 120 SR for Hong Kong visa. However, if your application needs the approval of Hong Kong Imigration Department, you also need to pay 160 SR for communication of the embassy/consulate.
It normally takes 2 to 6 weeks to process an entry visa application. Please refrain from making inquiries about pushing the progress of the application unless it is absolutely necessary, as it may delay the processing of the application.
For applying a Hong Kong Visa, the applicant has to submit the following papers:
Round-trip plane ticket and hotel booking in Hong Kong
Personal account or sponsor's account (e.g. company) statement issued by any commercial bank.
Copy of the passport, iqama and exit & re-entry visa.
Fill an application form affixed with one photo on it.
Every paper mentioned above should be in English.
