About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Where do I go to apply visa?

If I am applying for Visa at the Chinese Embassy, do I go to the Visa Office in Portland Place or the place for visa payment in Holborn?

Passport is divided into diplomatic passport, official/service passport, ordinary passport, if you hold an ordinary passport, you have to go to CVASC in London (Address: Morley House, 26 Holborn Viaducts, London, EC1A 2AT ) to apply for China visa and make visa payment when you pick up your passport and visa.

Visa Office of China embassy in London (Address: 31 Portland Place, London W1B 1QD) only accepts Hong Kong/Macau visa application from ordinary passport holders and China visa application from diplomatic/official/service passport holders.
