You have to get Approval document from Immigration Department of Macau Public Security Bureau for your son and nephew to stay in Macao because you are a temporary worker in Macau rather than a resident worker. Once you get it, you can bring your 10 month old son and newphew to stay with you. In fact, Filipinos don't need a visa to stay in Macau for 30 days, you can bring them first, then get the Approval Document from the Immigration Department. Your son's birth certificate and his seperate passport (if available), your nephew's passport, your passport and the temporary work permit in Macau are required.
