About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Hi, I am a Canadian borned in HK. Can I apply HK Perm.ID Card thro Consulate with my HK Birth cert?

Please confirm if I can apply my HK Permanent Identity Card here in Vancouver, BC through Chinese Consulate with my HK birth certificate? Thanks.

If you only apply HK Permanent Identity Card, China consulate in Vancouver doesn't accept your application, you have to apply HKSAR passport and the HK permanent Identity card together at the consulate.
