Alena, if you married a Chinese citizen, the marriage has lasted for five years; have lived in China for five years in a row, the annual stay in China being no shorter than nine months; have stable and secured living status and place to live, you can apply for 10 years Residence Permit of China.

It is impossible for you to join Chinese nationality, please give up this idea.

Hi alena, do you mean to apply for a China X student visa? Then you just have to photocopy the page with your personal details of your passport, no need to photocopy the application form and admission letter.

Alena, Emma has replied that the physical examination record is not required for X visa application, why do you always to ask about it? If you still have worries, you can do the physical examination record in a major hospital in Melbourne.

Please go to study, then consider the question how to marry a Chinese man, I doubt your purpose of coming to China, study, work or find a Chinese man to marry.

You ask questions about the student visa, work visa, tourist visa, marry a Chinese man, you make us confused. What's your real purpose?

Did you understand the purpose? That is why I ask. Because I want to stay in china with him but because I dont know the reason why the sender in china had to resend the express post which has the admission letter and Jw 201 or 202 form. Because i want to go back to china on monday night therefore I plan to get a tourist visa to go to china and marry him and work and study at china. I'm really bad at expressing but hopefully you understand what I mean. For tourist visa I need these things:

1. Visa Form V2011A
2.one recent photo(passport)
3.Your passport with at least 6-month validity and at least 2 blank visa pages and one photocopy of its photo page.
4.Applicants who have not been to mainland China should provide copies of photo page of their current passport as well as other ID, e.g. previous passport, driver license, etc. (Children under 16 are exempted). For these I bring the chinese birth certificate(original and Copy)

I am right have I said all the documents.

I agree with all Emma's answers, but confused buy last one. There is no need to do physical exam (medical) until you apply for the residency permit. However, you could complete the first part of the form, the part where you make declarations, and submit that with the application.

Your uni will drive most of the application for the Temporary Residence Permit (effectively another visa!) in the first 30 days after you arise. The medical is part of the process, cost about 700rmb.

You cannot leave China during until you have the Residence Permit...Ok, you can but the X visa and EVERYTHING is cancelled!

Alena, the physical examination record is not required for Australian nationals apply for a China student visa, paul's meaning is that you can fill the first part of the Physical Exmination Record for Foreigners when you apply for residence permit in China.

You should apply for the China X student visa from the China Visa Application Service Center in Melbourne. The address is ground floor, 570 St. Kilda Rd., Melbourne, VIC 3004, Australia.
Phone: +61-03-9937-2308 Fax: +61-03-9937-2337 E-mail: visaforchina.org|melcenter
Working hours: 9:00AM to 3:00PM Monday-Friday (Except Australia and Chinese Public Holiday)

Since I have no idea where you are living in Melbourne, it's hard to provide the transport ways. Maybe you can contact the center directly to get the way to get to there.

Applicants, who have not been to mainland China, should provide copies of other ID, e.g. previous passport, driver license, etc. Applicants under 16 can be exempted.

Applicants, who have been granted Chinese visa before, should provide copies of recent Chinese visa with entry record. In case they are not on the current passport, copies of the previous passport with the above data are required.

Do you mean that now you just have a new passport without a China visa? You said that your void passport was threw out by your mother and new passport was stolen, I guess you apply for a new passport without a China visa, you will be regarded as an applicant who has never been China, you have to provide copies of other ID, e.g. previous passport, driver license, etc. Now, you don't have previous passport or driver license, you have to provide other document to prove your identity, such as birth certificate.

If you have been granted Chinese visa before, you should photocopy the pages of China visa with entry record on your old passport. You also need to photocopy the original admission letter and jw202or 201 form, the original documents will be returned to you after check, you need to use the original admission letter and JW202/JW201 to register in the university in China.

If you got an offer in China after your graduation, you will have to go back to your country to apply for the China work visa. There is no way for you to get it in China even if you have official proof from your employer.

If you apply for a China work visa, you have to fill and provide both Visa Application Form V2011A & V2011B.

You may just extend the residency permit in china if you can provide official proof of your continuing study in China and your passport is still valid.

You can't apply for a two years multiple entry visa, I'm puzzled by you, the previous questions are about X visa application, now you want to know the requirements for work visa application. The physical examination report is not required for Z visa application.

After you enter Mainland China by holding a X visa, you have to apply for a residence permit within 30 days after entry, the residence permit will allow you to stay in China for one year, it should be renewed annually. If your passport has not at least 15 months validity, you can't get a 1 year residence permit after you enter China.

You need to bring the following document to the Chinese consulate or CVASC to apply X visa,
1. your original passport with at least 15 months validity and 2 blank visa pages
2. completed Visa Application Form V.2011A and V.2011B
3. one recent passport photo
4. Applicants who have not been to mainland China, should provide copies of other ID, e.g. previous passport, driver license, etc. Applicants under 16 can be exempted.

Applicants who have been granted Chinese visa(s) before, should provide copy of recent Chinese visa with entry record. In case they are not on the current passport, copies of the previous passport with the above data are required.

5. Visa Application for Study in China (Form JW-201 or Form JW-202, original and copy);
6. Admission Notice (original and copy)

Student Visa (X-visa) is usually with a single entry, valid for three months and with no duration of stay (that is 000 day of stay). Holders of student visa should go through the formalities for a residence permit at a local public security authority within 30 days after entry into China. The validity of the residence permit is the legal period during which the student is allowed to study in China. This residence permit also allows the holder to enter into or exit from China within the period of its validity.
