can I apply visa in Guangzhou ?

Indonesian nationals are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 30 days, you don't need apply a visa to Hong Kong in Guangzhou.

If you ask visa on arrival in Shenzhen, the visa only permits you to visit Shenzhen, you can't use the visa to visit Guangzhou. Now, please submit China visa application to CVASC in Jakarta or Surabaya as soon as possible, then you can collect your visa before Feb 9. For regular service, it takes 4 working days for processing, if you submit application on Feb 3, 2012, you can collect your visa on Feb 8, 2012.

If you really can't obtain a China tourist visa in Indonesia, you can go to Hong Kong to apply it, but you need to use the China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Ltd because it is really hard for Indonesians to get a China visa in Hong Kong in person if they don't work or reside in Hong Kong.
