Chinese Visa - postal applications

Hi, i have a British passport but live/work in Amsterdam. I have booked my flight to China and will be staying at a friends/family house.
- Can I apply for a multi-entry chinese visa via post?
- Where can I find the details for application? eg exact fee, payment method, postal address, required documents.
- Do i have to provide address in China as I am not sure where I am staying yet.

Thanks

- You can try to apply for a multi-entry Chinese visa via post
- you can find the details for application on this website http://www.visaforchina.org/HAG_EN/applybypost/index.shtml you have to send your application to China Visa Application Service Center in the Hague by post. China embassy in the Hague doesn't accept visa application from ordinary passport holders.
- if you don't want to provide the hotel reservation, you have to provide the address of your friend's family house and his/her residence document.
