About:Chinese Embasy in Ireland

For a health check for a working visa, are there specific health centres i need to go to?

Generally speaking, China embassies or conaulates have appointed hospitals or helth centres for the physical exhimination for visa application. You should contact the embassy in your country for the specific info.

Thanks David. I havent been able to get a reply from the embassy at all...
... and I'm running out of time, so i've made arrangements to get tests done on monday at my local health centre and hospital, will these be accepted?

Ian, it's true that it is impossible for us to know the list of accredited hospitals from the embassy, I call it, nobody answer the phone, I will also do the medical examination in at my local hospital. As I know, we will do the medical examination again to get the residence permit within 30 days after we arrive in China
