About:2024 / 2025 / 2026 Public Holiday Calendar

Doris, would like to spend May day exploring countryside of Jiuzhau or Guilin, away from crowds.

Do you have any other recommendations? I am in china backpacking for about 2 weeks, starting in beijing on April 26th.

Jiuzhau? Not sure about this place. Jiuzhaigou, Jinzhou, Jingzhou, or anything else? May day holiday is May 1-3 and generally can not avoid crowds in popular attractions at that three days.
