Missed my data of collection =.=

Erm....could anyone help me pls as im having problem with my visa now... the date of collection for my passport is on 20/1/2012 but i forgotten to collect it...and i couldnt contact any of the staffs... The next collection will be on 26/1/2012 after CNY but i need to leave SINGAPORE on the 23/1/2012... WHAT CAN I DO NOW !?!?!? I NEED HELP PLEASE !!! ANYONE...
