Pick up time of China visa?

How many days after pick up date can I pick up my visa here in shanghai? Should I call? Im sick and can therefore not pick it up (today..)

Please don't worry, it is ok for you to pick up your visa within 1 month after the pick-up date. When you get well, go to pick up your visa.
