can i get a chinese visa in puerto galera?

I am travelling to manila tonight and am heading to puerto galera asap but my girlfriend needs her chinese visa for the end of the holiday( 2 weeks). Can she get her visa from a travel agent ion Puerto galera, so we don't have to stay in manila?

Personal appearance is required for applicants who are 16-21 years old and apply for China visa for the first time. If your gilfriend is over 21 years old, she doesn't need to go to the Manila embassy in person. She can ask a travel agency in Puerto Galera to apply China visa on her behalf.
