Business Visa to China in Yemen

Dear Sir/ Madam
I'm Mohammed Al-Madani from Yemen. I want to apply for business visa to china. I had booked my 2 ways flights , hotels , and i have an enterprise invitation letter from china . I heard the the embassy in sana'a is closed . How i can apply and how long it will take to get the visa . Are there any other requirements other than :
1- 2 ways air tickets
2- Hotel booking
3- Invitation letter
4- photocopy of passport first page and validity of at least 6 months
5- passport size photoes
