Yes, you and other teacher can deliver all visa applications to Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) in Toronto rather than Visa Office of China Consulate in Toronto, since the operation of CVASC in Toronto, the visa office of China consulate in Toronto doesn't accept China visa application from ordinary passport holders, only diplomatic/service/official passport holders can submit visa application directly to the visa office of China consulate in Toronto.

Detailed Information about CVASC in Toronto:
Address: Suite 1501, University Center, 393 University Avenue, Toronto, Canada
Business Hours: Monday-Friday
Application Submission: 09-15:00
