want to renew my passport

hello,i live in dalian
actually my passport needs to be renew in july but my visa is getting expire on 30th march,so can i renew my passport right now in january or not?and do i have to go to beijing or can i do it online???

You can renew your passport right now in January through Pakistan Embassy in Beijing because Dalian is under its consular jurisdiction. You have to go to Beijing to make it, it doesn't accept online application.
