i'm from saudi arabia, can i get my chinese visa in hong kong?

I am from Saudi Arabia and right now i am in Hong kong for business trip , my question is this may i get Chinese visa in hong Kong ? with warm regards to your kind answering ... if yes please tell me where i have to go to apply for Chinese visa ?

If you satisy the following conditions, it is possible for you to get a 3 montsh single entry L visa with 15 days stay duration in Hong Kong: 1. you have previously travelled to china on a valid visa before; 2. your passport has no cancelled china visas 3. you have a confirmed return ticket or a ticket showing exit from China 4. you have a confirmed hotel booking voucher.
