Visa application for American in Warsaw
Hello,
My name is Kelly, I have a very important visa question. I would like to know if there is a problem with me applying for a visa to China while living in Warsaw. I have had a Karta Pobytu in the past but it expired on Dec. 25th. I applied for my new one on Nov. 18th but it has not arrived yet. I am here legally because I left the country before the 25th and returned after so I don't have any illegal days here I just don't have my new card yet. There is a stamp in my passport which shows that I applied on Nov. 18th. and I still have my old card. Is it okay for me to apply for the visa here in Warsaw? Please let me know as soon as possible.
