You need to provide the following documents to apply a tourist visa to China: 1. Your French passport and photocopies of data pages 2. complete visa application form V.2011A and V.2011B on computer, then print them out 3. one recent passport photo 4. the round-trip flight tickets5. hotel booking 6. the UK residence permit or other document to prove your legal status
