About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi, I'm Romanian citized. May I get the visa on arrival in Shanghai to visit Changshu ?

I worked before in China. I have a Alien Permit but isn't valid anymore. I'm employed by an Italian company which is a part of an international group. In short time me and another Italian coleague will have to visit our supplyer in Changshu for the next contract. The chinese company to be visited is a part of the same group too. May I get the visa on arrival in Pudong(Shanghai) Airport ? The visit will take less than 5 days. What kind of documents should I have for the visa ?
Thanks for your help.

It is very hard to get a China visa on arrival in Pudong Airport except that the supplyer in Changshu can get an official invitation letter which allows you to get a visa on arrival in Pudong Airport. You'd better apply for a China visa in advance in Italy or the country where you work.

The requirements for you to apply a business visa to China:
1. Your Romanian passport valid for at least 6 months when you submit visa application
2. complete visa application form V.2011A on computer and print it out, if you apply a China visa other than Romania, the form V.2011B is also required to complete.
3. one recent passport photo
4. the invitation letter from the supplier in Changshu
5. official invitation letter of a duly authorized unit or confirmation of invitation letter issued by Changshu Foreign Affairs Office or Changshu Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation
6. the round-trip flight tickets
