Sanya/Haikou (which ever is nearer to Holiday Inn) to Shanghai (Pudong/Hongqiao)

Hi, I was wondering if there a bullet trains or high speed trains that goes to and fro from Sanya/Haikou (which ever is nearer to Holiday Inn) to Shanghai (Pudong/Hongqiao).Approximately how long will it take? And how much will it cost for a ticket :) Thanks!
