if i need to emigrate to hong kong i must have assets here or there..Am Egyptian

Sir when i got the application for Emigration to Hong Kong as a Businessman i found a condition that i must have assets with the total amount of 10 Million HGD ,so i need to know this asset or Investment here in Egypt or oN Hong Kong..Appreciate your fast response...
