about chinese visa from sendai for bangladeshi citizen

I am a Bangladeshi citizen here in Japan. Now I am doind my PhD at Tohoku University here in Sendai. I am planning to apply for Chinese visa to Join a conference in China on this February. What types of document I might need for that? Can I apply for Chinese visa from Sendai without moving to Tokyo? Moreover, If I have to go tokyo, Can I get the visa in the same day I submit my application forms??? Please let me know the reply.

You need to apply for Chinese visa from China embassy in Tokyo because Sendai, Miyagi is under its consular jurisdiction. If you don't want to go to Tokyo, you can entrust someone else (travel agency, visa agency) to apply China visa for you. You can get the visa in the same day if the visa officer agree you to use the rush service of same day by paying extra fee.
