Here is my query to get the agency number of my university

Dear/Sir , I was making online application to CSC on the offcail website. As many of freinds here, i am unable to get the agency number of my university - Arbaminch University , Ethiopia. I have read in your reply to people here that we should communicate embassy. I get thier number and called , the person in charge told me that we don't know such thing and he told me that possibily i should get it from the website of CSS , UNFORTUNATELY , i am not able to get any clue sofar. can you please help me on this. It is a problem faced by much more people, i suggest if you can include this in the application with a kind of list along with country , university and corrospondning agency number.
