what kind of documents is needed for Hong Kong visa?

As I am iranian and live in Faro , with the temporal residence card , I would like to know what kind of documents is needed for Hong Kong visa?
it must be mentioned that I have an invitation from a conference which is held in 17 February .

how long is it last ?
