Renew the China Return and Entry Card for Hong Kong Resident in Vancouver.

Dear Sir, I am a Canadian citizen, also holding the Hong Kong ID. card and the China Entry and Return card. The E and R card will be expired in April this year. I would like to find out if I could renew the E and R card at your Vancouver office. You early reply will be appreciated. Please also advise me the address and phone# of your Vancouver office.
