date of entry, visiting addressphone numbers?

I am travelling with a friend from Canada to China for our holidays. We don't have a exact day for entry and don't know where we will be staying at yet, so we do not have any phone numbers or addresses for you. We plan to enter China in the first week of March, 2012 and do some travelling around there. I could pick out a few addresses and phone numbers from my guide book if this helps with filling out the application form.

Now the planed date of entry is in the first week of March, 2012, you can fill N/A for the items 2.5 on the visa application Residence (s) and phone number (s) durig your stay in China (in a time sequence). It is also ok for you to pick out a few addresses and phone numbers from your guide book  to fill in the application form, it is helpful.
