ushba is in china on student visa and will give birth baby in china what is the status of baby ?

ushba is registered student of bahai unversity of china and will give birth baby in febraury in china.what is the status of baby in china? is he/she will got nationality of china or not in future and how can she able to visit pakistan with baby in future?

Can you tell me the nationality of the baby's parents? The mother is Pakistani, the baby is born in China, if the father is Chinese, the baby has China nationality.

The mother and father of the baby are both foreigners, such as Pakistani, even though the baby is born in China, he/she has Pakistani nationality.
