problem with my Chinese visa

hi, i applied for my Chinese visa which i stated on my application form needed to be valid for over a month, when they issued it it was only valid for 30days and when i asked why they said its fine when i get to china i should just go to a police station and they will extend it for me.

im in china right now and only have two days before my visa expires, the police officers refuse to help me and its very difficult for me as i cannot speak Chinese i need my visa to be extended for another 2weeks as my flight back to South Africa is on the 15th. Please can you help me.

Alisha, did you go to the Exit-Entry Administrative Department of Public Security Bureau to apply for China visa extension? The police station can't extend your visa, only the police of Exit-Entry Administrative Department can do it for you.
