Is it possible to get a Business (F) Visa at the chinese embassy in Bangkok?

Is it possible to get a Business (F) Visa at the chinese embassy in Bangkok? I will work for a period of 5 months in China but I will be travelling the 3 months before my entry. I am from Belgium. Even so, if this is not possible can I ask someone of my family to apply for me (in Belgium) and send it to me (Bangkok, or somewhere else?) If yes, where would it be safe to send it to (a Belgian embassy, a Chinese embassey, etc.)?

I will be travelling from start of April en plan to arrive in China start of July.

As I know, it is easy to get a single entry China tourist visa from Chinese embassy in Bangkok, it is hard to get a Business (F) Visa from Chinese embassy in Bangkok. When you are in Bangkok, first, you can try to apply for F visa, if the application is denied, you can mail your passport and other documents to your family, he/she can apply for F visa for you in Belgium and send it to you Bangkok.

You have to send it to your family, after he obtains F visa for you, he mails the passport to you in Thailand. You can't send it to a Belgian embassy or a Chinese embassy.
