Katie chen, sorry for my last reply, first, I want to clarify that China Embassy in Canberra only notarize documents from Chinese applicants, if you are not a Chinese citizen in Australia, the embassy can't notarize the legal document.

China Embassy in Canberra can authenticate documents from Chinese applicants, Australian applicants and other foreigners work, study or reside in Australia.

It costs A$30 for Civil Documents (including adoptions)
It costs A$60 for Commercial Documents or Property Transaction
