About:China Visa on Arrival

im a philippines passport holder do i need visa in louho? and what time is the visa office in louho?

If you will visit Shenzhen for 5 days at most, it is possible for you to obtain a visa on arrival, however, it is not 100% certain. The office hours of Luo hu is 6:30am - 12:00pm, I'm not sure the office hours for visa application, you'd better go to the Luo hu from 08:00 to 17:30, the visa office in Luo hu is open during that time.
