About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

What should I do if I didn't apply for visa in China and am already here for more than 15 days?

If you already in China for more than 15 days, you overstay in China, please go to the local Exit-Entry Adminsitrative Bureau of Public Security Bureau to apply for a visa, maybe you will be fined (500RMB per overstay day), then you will be issued an exit visa with star.
