z visa application in the philippines

Question

I'm already here in China and holding a F visa and wanted to apply for Z visa but the official here instruct me to go back to the Philippines to process it there instead here. My employer give they all very best to try to process it here but sadly I should really need to comeback to Phil. They're now so strict when it comes to approving the visa. What do you think if i might go back to the Philippines it will still be process smoothly as long as my requirements are complete. And how many days will it be processed?

It will be process smoothly as long as your requirements are complete when you go back to Philippines. Please don't worry. It is really hard to gain a work visa within Mainland China (or change tourist visa to work visa within Mainland China)
