what should i do to change from x visa to z visa?

I am already in china and I need to change my visa from student to work. What should I do?

You should find a job and your employer obtains the Alien Employment License and Official Invitation Letter from Foreign Affairs Office or Bureau of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, otherwise, it is impossible for you to change X visa into Z visa.
