It is wet and cold in Feb. and it may still snow in this month. Then the temperature may be below zero. Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove Garden, Zhouzhuang or Tongli water Town (Tongli is closer and Zhouzhuang is more commercial and famous.). There are several other classical gardens in the city, but it is not necessary to see them all. So, you can spare a couple of days to Shanghai or Hangzhou.2
