I'm a Kosovo citizen, is it possible to obtain a visa from the Chinese Embassy in Macedonia?

I am a Kosovo citizen currently with Kosovo passport. I want to travel to Bejing to purqase machines, Is it possible to apply from the Embassy here with Kosovo passport or how can i solve this situation?
