I wish to attend ICGLC 2012 Conference at Harbour Plaza resort city, Hong Kong, on january 5 to 7.my passport will be available on Jan,1rs. I want to know if I can get a visa before Jan.04 so that I can start the arrangement for ticket and accomodation now.Thank You

It usually takes 4 weeks to process a Hong kong visa. Since you'll travel to Hong Kong in the early January, you'd better contact the Hong Kong Immigradition Department for help.
