About:China Visa Renewal and Extension
I have a tourist visa for 1 month, can I changed into Student Visa in China?

You can't change your 1 month tourist visa into student visa directly. I'm afraid that you have to return to your country to apply for student visa, then come back to China.0

thats not true, some universities can change them over. I am not sure about independant schools, but you have to have all application documents and accepting letters from your the university. THey should be able to do that for you.0
