About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Medical Examination for a Z visa

I am going to apply for my Z working visa in Ottawa and want to know how detailed the physical examination has to be. Do I have to use the one on the website or can I use one from a previous employer that is already very detailed and has the same information as the one on the embassy website.

I can't understand your meaning, do you mean you have a Physical Examination Record for Foreigner obtained from your previous employer? Does it filled by a doctor of a hospital accepted by China embassy/consulate? If the Physical Examination Record for Foreigner is a blank form, you can use it and do a medical examination in a hospital and ask the doctor to fill it.
