Thanks for your answer Peter !
I need my flights tickets, but however I have booked with Alitalia and I only received an email confirmation - not a proper ticket. Do you know if it is sufficient for them ?

Henry, you can print the travel itineary of your flight tickets from the website of Alitalia. The email confirmation and the printed travel itinerary of your flight are sufficient.
