About:Embassy of Ghana in China

An x visa with no duration

My brother is now in china with x visa with no duration as a result of failure to gain admission due to a financial problem。He therefore decided to stay and wait for next academic year。
Could you adviceme if it could possible?

Your brother can't stay in China till the next academic year. It's true that X visa doesn't write the stay duration, in fact, X visa has to apply for residence permit within 30 days after entering China. At present, he doesn't gain admission due to a financial problem, the school can't gain the residence permit for him.
