About:Tourist Complaints in China

just advice and warn you do not book a trip anyplace in China with Simon Tour Inc.

His name is supposed to be Simon Zhang. I purchased ample travel insurance including with his company. I became deathly ill and had to fly home. He honored NOTHING once I became ill. He refused to pay for our room, food, flight, etc. Keep in mind all of this was paid for by us in full for the entire visit. He is a liar and begs for additional money constantly. In fact, I still have over 140 texts from him while I was in China and the majority of the time it was for money. That trip cost us a fortune due to this evil man. All I can do is warn you.

I feel sorry for your sufferings and your trip to China should have to be happy, but was ruined totally. As my own experience, it may cost a bit more money to book with reputed and well-known agency, but they can guaranteen good service. It's worthwhile. We should be cautious to choose a reliable agency. I chose this website, Travelchinaguide, to arrange my visit to Beijing and terra cotta warrior last summer. It is a nice trip. Before booking, I did many research about it, although it was recommended by a friend. Hi Iris,

Don't bother trying to get the money back from him. Call the credit card company and contact the Credit Claims Department. That's the easier way. You need a middle man (credit company) to deal with this for you. Good Luck!
