I am an Omani. visitor's visa to China, What requirements?How long it takes to finish?

Or can I just get a visa on arrival?

You can't get a visa on arrival. If you come to China for sightseeing, you need to apply for tourist visa to China, the requirements are your passport, filled visa application form V.2011A affixed with one recent passport photo, round-trip flight tickets and hotel booking, financial certificate. It takes one week for processing.
