can chamber of recommendation letter

Dear sir,i am pakistani passport holder i was 2 time going on f visa in china, now i have not origin latter of invtation   if i get karachi chamber of commerce recommendation letter for chinese visa, can i get f visa ?regards,Abid

It is not sufficient to get a F visa with only the recommendation letter from  karachi chamber of commerce. You have to get an original invitation or confirmation letter (used to be called Visa Notice) from an authorized government organization like the local foreign affairs office or etc. in China and  Invitation letter from your inviting Chinese organization.
