There are 3 of us who would like to catch the train together (multiple trips). Is it possible for us to buy all 4 tickets in a soft-sleeper cabin through your site? Or must every ticket purchased be for a real passenger?

You could purchase all the 4 sleepers in the same cabin for you three persons. Only on bullet trains, real passengers' passport copies are required to purchase the tickets. And you could submit an online booking directly with your requests.
